Trincomalee Verugal Pradeshiya Sabha won by Ilankai Tamil Arasu Katchi

The Trincomalee District Verugal Pradeshiya Sabha (local council) has been won by Ilankai Tamil Arasui Kachchi.

The total number of votes obtained by Ilankai Tamil Arasui Kachchi is 4307 which is 60% as a percentage. The number of MPs obtained are eight.

The number of votes obtained by the National People’s Force is 1712 which is 23.85% as a percentage. The number of MP seats obtained are three.

The number of votes obtained by the Samagi Jana Balawegaya is 830 which is 1.56% as a percentage and the number of MP seats obtained are two.

The All Ceylon Tamil Alliance received 243 votes, which is 3.59% and it did not receive any seats.

The number of valid votes are 7178.

The number of rejected votes are 90

The number of votes received are 7268

The number of registered votes are 9840.
